PURPOSE: An industrial thin film insulating tape is provided to have extremely excellent heating effect and insulating effect even in a thin film state and to be applied to a mobile phone or an electronic product. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an industrial thin film insulating tape comprises a step of spreading an environmentally friendly polyurethane-based adhesive (20) onto a polyvinylidene fluoride film (10) in a specific thickness; a step of forming an insulating composite sheet by attaching a nonwoven fabric (30) onto the polyvinylidene fluoride film and drying the laminate; and a step of spreading an insulating adhesive (40) in a specific thickness onto the insulating composite sheet and drying the adhesive; and a step of attaching a release film (50) onto the adhesive side of the insulating composite sheet.
