PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent improper execution of an application even on an untrusted platform.SOLUTION: A host 110 reads a pre-encrypted instruction J (S10); encrypts J and a random kusing a key kto obtain L (S11); and sends it to a circuit 120 (S12). The circuit 120 decrypts L using kto obtain J and the random k(S13); decrypts J to obtain I (S14); encrypts I with M=k; and sends it to the host 110 (S16). The host 110 decrypts M using kto obtain I (S17); and executes I (S18).
