PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester excellent in dimensional stability to temperature change, and heat resistance.SOLUTION: A polyester has an acid component composed of a 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid component (component A) and an aromatic or alicyclic dicarboxylic acid component (component B) different from the component A, and a glycol component composed of an ethylene glycol component (component C) and an aliphatic dimerdiol component (component D), wherein the molar ratio of the component A and the component B is in the range of 80:20 to 95:5; the molar ratio of the component C and the component D is in the range of 75:25 to 95:5; the molar ratio of the component B (component B) bonding with the component C and the component B (component B) bonding with the component D is in the range of 15:85 to 40:60; and the intrinsic viscosity is ≥0.55. |
