摘要 PURPOSE: A carbon nanotube transparent electrode manufacturing method is provided to improve dispersibility and tendency adhesive property by mixing an oxidation treated carbon nanotube with a binder and solvent. CONSTITUTION: A binder, a single wall carbon nanotube, and solvent are prepared at a ratio of 1~20wt% : 1~40wt% : 98~40wt%(S110). A single wall carbon nanotube paste is manufactured by mixing the single wall carbon nanotube with a dispersion solution, after manufacturing a dispersion solution through melting the binder in the solvent(S120). A carbon nanotube thin film is manufactured by coating the single wall carbon nanotube paste on a substrate in a spray coating way before stiffening for 30 minutes to 2 hours at the temperature of 130°C~600°C(S130). A carbon nanotube-platinum thin film is manufactured by coating Pt of concentration of 2.5mol~10mol on the carbon nanotube thin film at the room temperature in a spin coating way(S140). The carbon nanotube-platinum thin film is post heat treated at the temperature range of 50°C~130°C(S150).
