A magnetic damping lifesaving apparatus is provided to fall down to the ground at uniform speed within a range of 0.16-1.5m/s by keeping the rotational speed of the outline uniform by making the weight of a user proportional to the reaction power of a magnetic field. The magnetic damping lifesaving apparatus(5) is composed of an outline; a drum supported to the outline by a rotary shaft; a safety rope(10) of which one end is fixed and wound around the drum; an electric motor; an electricity conversion device; and an energy collection device. The drum drives the electricity conversion device by the electric motor. The electricity conversion device converts mechanical energy into electric energy and then the energy collection device collects the electric energy. |
