<p>The device has a plug connector (10) with a receptacle for receiving a circuit board (1) and two contact units (8). One of the contact units is arranged in the receptacle and serves for electrical connection of strip conductor pads on a circuit device and electrically connected with another contact unit. The latter contact unit electrically contacts another circuit board (2). The plug connector is arranged for electrically or mechanically connecting the circuit boards. Another circuit device (4) is arranged on the former circuit board. An independent claim is also included for an electrical clamp module comprising electrical contact members.</p>
