A data transmission method using DPC(Dirty Paper Coding) is provided to set a user's Tx power and data rate adaptively according to the state of a channel by implementing DPC in a MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) system. A transmitter selects a plurality of receivers(S300). The transmitter collects channel information from the selected receivers(S310). Using the collected channel information, the transmitter creates a stacking matrix to calculate a data rate to each receiver(S320). Based on the stacking matrix, the transmitter executes DPC and converts an information symbol to be transmitted to each receiver into a Tx signal(S330). The transmitter transmits each Tx signal to each receiver(S340). |
