PURPOSE: A shopping mall operating system using a social network service and a shopping mall operating method using the system are provided to induce self-activity of a consumer and connect the self-activity with reduction of prices of a product, thereby directly using social network infrastructure of the consumer for marketing. CONSTITUTION: A product selling module(11) performs a product selling function about the corresponding product when an arbitrary product selling request is received from a client terminal. A price formation module(12) forms one or more compensation conditions corresponding to an initial selling price of the product and product promoting action. An advertisement data formation module(13) forms advertisement data which is provided by using a social network service.
