PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize current density per unit sectional area while improving heat dissipation characteristics of a power supply shaft.SOLUTION: A vacuum valve includes a vacuum insulation container 1, fixed-side sealing metal fittings 2 sealed in the vacuum insulation container 1, movable-side sealing metal fittings 3, a pipe-like first fixed-side power supply shaft 4 fixed penetrating the fixed-side sealing metal fittings, a second fixed-side power supply shaft 5 provided in an axial direction of a hollow portion of the first fixed-side power supply shaft 4, a fixed-side contact 6 fixed to the first fixed-side power supply shaft 4 and the second fixed-side power supply shaft 5, a movable-side contact 7 contacting and leaving the fixed-side contact 6, a pipe-like first movable-side power supply shaft 8 fixed to the movable-side contact 7 and moving keeping the movable-side sealing metal fittings 3 airtight, and a second movable-side power supply shaft 9 provided in an axial direction of a hollow portion of the first movable-side power supply shaft 8 and fixed to the movable-side contact 7. |
