PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration apparatus for cooking oil which does not reduce a filtration treatment flow rate of the cooking oil even if performing continuous operation, and wherein maintenance work of the apparatus is easy.SOLUTION: A filtration apparatus includes a pair of filters 1A, 1B each of which is provided with a casing part 10 such that the casing part surrounds a filtration part 11 into which used cooking oil C1 from a fryer F is taken, wherein filtered cooking oil C2 having passed the filtration part 11 is taken out from inside the casing part 10, and which are alternately used and can continuously perform the filtration treatment of the used cooking oil C1. The filters 1A, 1B are provided with, inside the casings 10, a plurality of gas nozzles 14b dropping adhering matter G to the inner faces of the filtration parts 11 inside the filtration parts 11 and discharging it by blowing pressurized air Q or the like against the filtration parts 11 in a state that the cooking oil C2 inside the casing parts 10 and inside the filtration parts 11 is reduced. |
