PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform quake absorption with a simple structure without using a conventional quake absorbing device.SOLUTION: In the quake absorbing device of an underground structure in which a side quake absorbing layer 30 is interposed between a side wall 11 of an underground structure 10 and a ground 21, and a bottom quake absorbing layer 35 is interposed between a bottom floor 13 of the underground structure 10 and a support ground 22, the side quake absorbing layer 30 and the bottom quake absorbing layer 35 are constituted of hard grains, and the upper part of the side quake absorbing layer 30 is widened to form a pocket part 31, and the bottom quake absorbing layer 35 is partitioned into a plurality of portions and constrained by a constraint band hook 32 protruding on the lower surface of a bottom floor 13 of the underground structure 10, and the bottom floor 13 of the underground structure 10 is supported by the support ground 22 via the constraint band hook 32 and the bottom quake absorbing layer 35. |
