PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bituminous composition whose viscosity at a high temperature does not rise and whose hardness at the utilization temperature is improved, its use, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A bituminous composition contains at least one kind of bitumen as a main component, and at least one chemical additive as an accessory component, wherein the additive is an organic gelling agent to form an intermolecular hydrogen bond network in organic gelling molecules of a molar mass of 2,000 g/mol; the organic gelling agent contains at least one hydrogen bond donor D, at least one hydrogen bond acceptor A, and at least one compatible site C compatible with the bitumen; and the compatible site C has groups, singly or as a combination thereof, selected from a straight chain of at least one hydrocarbon having at least 4 carbon atoms, at least one aliphatic ring having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, and at least one condensed polycyclic having 5 or 6 atom numbers for each ring and containing an aliphatic ring and/or an aromatic ring. |
