PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film forming composition capable of easily manufacturing an organic electronic device where an organic layer is precisely formed into a multilayered structure with a desired thickness, a film forming method using the same, a laminate structure which is manufactured by using the film forming method, and an organic electronic element.SOLUTION: There is provided a film forming composition which contains 1 wt.% or more of fluorinated alcohol and 0.001 wt.% or more of a compound Q having a structure represented by formula (1) [wherein, Ris an 1-10C alkyl group or a cycloalkyl group which may have a hydrogen atom or a substituent; G is a divalent group which is represented by -O-, -S-, -NR- or a group where these are bonded (here, Ris the same as stated above); j is an integer of 1-50; k is an integer of 2 or more; and each of a plurality of R, G, j, and k that are present may be the same or different]. |
