PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus and a program which create a report in which a result of multicasting transmission is simply displayed.SOLUTION: A communication apparatus comprises: reception means which receives designation of a representative destination representing plural destinations; transmission means which transmits information to each of the destinations on the basis of one or more representative destinations which have received the designations by the reception means; acquisition means which acquires a transmission result of the information by the transmission means individually with respect to each of the destinations; and generation means which generates an image displaying one or more representative destinations 4 which have received the designation by the reception means and a transmission result 5 acquired by the acquisition means.
