摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that, when polymerizing a lactide using 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) as the catalyst, and supercritical carbon dioxide as the solvent, it takes long time for polymerization reaction; thereby when using this method but polymerizing by dividing the ring-opening polymerizable monomer into several stages, the efficiency of polymer production comes down.SOLUTION: A production method of polymer at least includes a polymerization step of bringing a ring-opening polymerizable monomer into contact with a compressible fluid continuously, and ring-opening polymerizing the ring-opening polymerizable monomer in the presence of an organic catalyst not containing a metal atom. Thereby as the time required for ring-opening polymerization reaction can be shortened, such the effect is achieved that the polymer can be produced efficiently and in a short time when ring-opening polymerizing by dividing the ring-opening polymerizable monomer into several stages.
