PURPOSE: An unmanned sewage sludge dredging and disposal system is provided to improve work speed, and reduce a failure rate caused by overload as devices organically interlock through a remote control unit. CONSTITUTION: An unmanned sewage sludge dredging and disposal system comprises a sludge dredger(10), a sludge transferring conveyor(20), a sludge dewatering unit(30), and a remote control unit(40). The sludge dredger comprises a guide rail and a bucket. The bucket is connected to the guide rail, and moves along the guide rail. The sludge dredger scoops up sludge into the bucket, and transfers the sludge to the rear side. The sludge transferring conveyor comprises a hopper and a transferring screw. One side of the transferring screw is placed at the lower part of the hopper, and one side of a transferring pipe(23) is connected to the other side of the transferring screw. The sludge dewatering unit removes moisture in the sludge being transferred through the transferring pipe. The remote control unit is connected to the sludge dredger, the sludge transferring conveyor, and the sludge dewatering unit by wireless, and remotely controls the devices. |
