The present invention refers to a system for generating movements by the telecontrol of devices, apparatus, robots and/or machinery through frequencies. Said system is characterised in that uses frequency signals by dialling multifrequency tones resulting from a mobile or fix phone, an audio, including an electronic interface, a receptor and software for programming the instructions in a colloquial language. In addition, the device allows several movements to be generated through a local or remote control.
