PURPOSE: A rice noodles producing apparatus and a rice noodles producing method using thereof are provided to supply thin film shaped rice noodles in a high concentration liquid form to obtain a rice sheet to produce the rice noodles. CONSTITUTION: A rice noodles producing apparatus comprises the following: a rice washing device(10) using water and high pressure air for washing rice; a rice crushing device(20) crushing the washed rice; a filter(30) removing foreign materials and rice particles bigger than the prefixed size; a viscous fluid mixing device(40) adding a substance to liquid rice powder for improving the viscosity; a feeder(50) supplying the liquid rice powder in a thin film shape using a roller; a heating devise(60) heating the rice thin film; a drying device(70) drying the moisture from the rice thin film; a cooling device(80) for cooling the rice thin film; and first and second cutting devices(90,100). |
