Disclosed are a route flooding method and device, in which a route protocol is used to release division information of a wavelength range or a spectrum block, the division information indicating a rate and/or a modulation format matching an optical path to which continuous wavelength ranges or spectrum blocks are applicable. Therefore, an end-to-end path traversing a flexible gird network and meeting a constraint can be conveniently calculated, thereby increasing the spectrum utilization. |
