PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a matte woody butt end material which is superior in weatherability, has woody texture on its cut face even when it is cut in accordance with the size of a butt end part, remains easily embossable, and enables the depth of embossing to be easily controlled.SOLUTION: A woody resin composition comprising a base material resin comprising an acrylonitrile-ethylene/propylene rubber-styrene resin or an acrylic rubber-styrene-acrylonitrile resin, a woody filler, a foaming agent, a seed agent resin and a pigment is extruded into the atmosphere, and embossing and matte-finishing are applied to the extruded foam molding by an embossing roll at 180-220°C. |
