PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin reinforcing grid structure for a hollow CMC bucket.SOLUTION: A positive pressure side surface of a hollow ceramic matrix composite (CMC) including an inner reinforcing grid structure has improved vibration characteristics and rigidity. The grid structure is made from a CMC-made thin pile. A wall structure is arranged and located according to a high stress section in a hollow bucket. After a melt infiltration process, a mandrel is melted out, and the wall structure forms an inner grid reinforcing structure of a bucket. |
