<p>Provided are a wireless base station, user terminal, and wireless communication method, with which increase in the number of blind detections is suppressed and wireless resources are efficiently used even when the format of downlink control information changes in accordance with the communication environment. Provided is a wireless communication method which generates control information by using a specified DCI format from among a plurality of DCI formats including a first DCI format containing an uplink scheduling grant and a second DCI format containing downlink scheduling allocation information, wherein, when the size of the first DCI format expands, an information field is added to the second DCI format in such a way that the second DCI format has the same size as the expanded first DCI format, and also information which expands the existing functions of the second DCI format and/or information which adds new functions is added to the information field, and the control information is generated.</p> |
