PURPOSE: A control method of a battery system is provided to be able to efficiently measure the charge capacity of a battery by reducing the cell discharge resistance and the number of sensing condensers, and to enable the battery to efficiently perform the cell balancing operation. CONSTITUTION: A control method of a battery system including multiple batteries comprises a step of classifying cell balancing target batteries (30) among multiple batteries; a step of selecting one battery among multiple batteries by using a multiplexer; and a step of performing cell balancing to the selected battery when the battery selected by the multiplexer is a cell balancing target battery.
