PURPOSE: An electric power system type wind power generation system utilizing street lights is provided to reuse wasted air (wind) which passes through between street lights. CONSTITUTION: An electric power system type wind power generation system utilizing street lights includes a support stand, a blade unit, a generating unit, an electric power system network, and a safety device. The support stand is installed on a street light to be connected to a wind power generation device. A gear accelerating unit and an induction generator (constant voltage/flat frequency are generated) are configured inside the power generation unit (in case of a gear type generation unit). The blades are rotated by the wind which passes through between street lights, and the rotation of the blades operates the gear acceleration unit (a gear box) and the induction generator. The generating unit is equipped with a power control unit inside. The power control unit produces the maximum power under a given condition. |
