PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory device as a pseudo-MTP memory in which writing processing is simple and does not take time.SOLUTION: The semiconductor memory device includes: a first memory unit consisted of a plurality of words and in which one of the plurality of words is selected by a first address; and a second memory unit which stores the first information to specify the first address. The first address specified from the first information when writing data into the first memory unit is an address that selects the next word of the first address specified from the first information when reading the data from the first memory unit. When the data is written into the first memory unit, the first information is written into the second memory unit at almost the same timing. |
