PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the collection efficiency of cells to be improved without using any new cleaning culture liquid or cleaning liquid.SOLUTION: A method for collecting cells is provided, wherein the cells have been cultured using such a cell cultivation kit where at least, a culture vessel for cultivating cells, a cell collection vessel for collecting cultivated cells, and a waste liquid vessel for retrieving the culture medium after cultivation, are connected together via conduit tubes. This method comprises a supernatant discharge step of transferring a culture supernatant after cultivation from the culture vessel to the waste liquid vessel, a cell collection step of transferring a concentrated cell suspension from the culture vessel to the cell collection vessel, a supernatant-returning step of returning part of the culture supernatant discharged into the waste liquid vessel to the culture vessel and dispersing cells remaining in the culture vessel in the cell suspension, and a recollection step of transferring again the cell suspension dispersed with the remaining cells from the culture vessel to the cell collection vessel. |
