PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a player management system and a visitor management system capable of reducing the frequency of false decision of persons with similar characteristics to be the same persons while the persons are different from each other when persons with similar characteristics visit a game parlor.SOLUTION: When a plurality of personal data are present (A5:Yes) or matching personal data are already applied to a different player (A6:Yes), as a result of retrieval of personal data with matching face data, special information for discriminating a player is newly extracted in a similar player corresponding process, and the player is identified based on the extracted special information. In this way, even if matching personal data are present, the data can be discriminated between each other, and the accuracy of processing for identifying the player based on the result of image capture can be improved. |
