PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel granule agent including a quetiapine fumarate and silicates and preventing adhesion and aggregation and increase in analog substances, since it is found that the quetiapine fumarate has poor mixing properties with silicates and analog substances are increased by mixing, though a method of mixing a principal agent with silicates and granulating the resultant mixture is conventionally used for preventing adhesion and aggregation and improving fluidity of a granule agent.SOLUTION: There is provided a granule agent, wherein a core granule including quetiapine fumarate but no silicate is encapsulated with a coating layer containing hydroxypropyl cellulose and talc while silicates are arranged on the outside of the coating layer. |
