摘要 PURPOSE: An anode structure of a magnetron injection gun is provided to minimize initial energy spread generated at an emitter, thereby improving oscillation characteristics of a device. CONSTITUTION: A cathode (110) provides a negative voltage to an emitter (120). The emitter is combined within a groove formed on a curved surface of the cathode. The surface of the emitter is formed on a curved surface with the same circumference as the curved surface of the cathode. The curved surface shape of an anode (130) has the same center as the curved surface of the cathode, but a different circumference. A piezoelectric transducer (PZT) device (140) is combined with a part extended from the curved surface of the anode. The PZT device adjusts the gap between the anode and the cathode by moving the curved surface of the anode according to an applied voltage. [Reference numerals] (AA) A-K gap
