PURPOSE: A method for controlling a circling movement, a circling control system, and a remote control device are provided to remove the effect of a roll movement caused by a stabilization error when a circling movement is controlled and to improve stabilization accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a circling movement comprises the following steps: producing a proportional integral control value depending on difference values between a target circling speed and an outputted circling angle speed; and adjusting the proportional integral control value so that the component speed of the angle speed of a roll is removed from the outputted circling angle speed and inputting the proportional integral control value into the object to be controlled.
