The installation has a case (2) housed in a main structure (3) of a building. A closing device (5) of the case is provided toward an interior of the building with a vertical inspection hatch (6) e.g. trunk-tunnel. The main structure is provided with a lining (7) to ensure thermal insulation. The closing device comprises an upper horizontal linear profile (9) and a lower horizontal linear profile (10). The inspection hatch is formed by a plate (12) fitted in the profiles according to orthogonal direction to a trap door with conjugated baffles (13, 14) in an air-tight manner.
