The present invention relates to an in-mold transfer film having an elastic texture, and to a method for manufacturing same. The in-mold transfer film includes a base film, a release layer, a printed layer, and a bonding layer which are stacked in series from the bottom, wherein the release layer includes a matte surface layer. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing an in-mold transfer film, wherein the method includes: forming a release layer on the upper surface of a base film; forming a printed layer on the upper surface of the release layer; and forming a bonding layer on the upper surface of the printed layer, wherein the release layer includes a matte surface layer. |
