PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveyance device that improves a skew correction performance for correcting sheet skew, and to provide an image forming apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A first detection lever 70a and a second detection lever 70b tilt according to a skew amount (distance difference &Dgr;) of a sheet S, and a rotation member 81 moves in a specific direction according to a tilt timing at which the first detection lever 70a and the second detection lever 70b tilt. A first conveyance guide 90a and a second conveyance guide 90b are retreated from a sheet conveyance path 33 and maintained until the sheet passes according to the position where the rotation member 81 has moved. |
