PURPOSE: A gas and air mixing device for combustion equipment is provided to reduce a stroke of a solenoid valve and minimize the failure rate of the solenoid valve and to facilitate repair when a trouble occurs thanks to a structure where gas and air flow in through a body. CONSTITUTION: A gas and air mixing device for combustion equipment comprises a housing (500), a discharging unit (300), first and second air supplying units (210, 220) and an opening and closing unit (400). First and second gas supplying units mixes gas with the air which flows in from the first and second air supplying units and discharges the gas to the discharging unit. The first and second gas supplying units are separated by a second partition wall (202). The opening and closing unit closes the second air and gas supplying units in a low-power mode and blocks air and gas flows. The opening and closing unit opens the second air and gas supplying units in a high-power mode so that the gas and air flow in the second air and gas supplying units.
