PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented powder food containing pine needles is provided to improve the nutrition of the food by naturally fermenting grain main materials after adding the pine needles, mugwort, and garlic and heating the mixture. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented powder food containing pine needles comprises the following steps: soaking grain main materials in yellow soil water for 12-24 hours(S21); mixing the grain main materials with 3-8wt% of pine needles(S22); steaming the mixture using 95-100 deg C steam for 25-35 minutes(S23); adding 3-8wt% of mugwort and 3-8wt% of garlic extract into the steamed mixture(S24); and inserting the mixture into an earthenware jar, and sealing the jar before inserting under a 1-15m underground yellow soil layer for fermenting for 6-18 months(S25). The grain main materials include black rice, brown rice, black beans, barley, adlay, sorghum, millet, glutinous millet, and Rhynchosia volubilis.
