PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a BLCD fuel pump for a vehicle is provided to conveniently manufacture a fuel pump by locking with forming a groove and a protrusion corresponded mutually or by thermal caulking a combining part and a junction of a configuration in mutual of a fuel pump. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a BLCD fuel pump for a vehicle comprises the following steps: an FPS control valve is assembled in a top cover and thermal coking; a rotor is built in an inside of a stator part(20) in which a coil is formed and a motor unit is formed; a fuel discharge case(60) is correspondence-locked in a lower part of the stator part; the top cover is correspondence-combined in an upper end of the stator part; a casing is assembled in an outer periphery of the motor unit; in a casing inside, an impeller is united with a bottom surface of the motor unit; and a fuel inhalation case is coked at a low end part of the casing after a bond. |
