PURPOSE: A brush and a toothbrush using the same are provided to have excellent interfacial adhesion and improve intensity and a bending recovery rate by including elastic materials and one selected from polyester resin or polyester copolymer resin. CONSTITUTION: A brush comprises a core layer and a sheath layer. The core layer includes elastic materials and one selected from polyester resin, polyester copolymer resin and a mixture thereof. The sheath layer includes nylon resin.
