SYSTEM FOR REMOTE TELEMETER USING POWER LINE COMMUNICATION

PURPOSE: A remote telemeter system using power line communication is provided to increase metering success rate for the amount of power used in a home consumer. CONSTITUTION: A remote telemeter system using power line communication includes a transformer (130), a contact point (J) of a home consumer lead-in line (190), a probe (P) and a data collection unit (140). The transformer decreases a power inputted through a first drop line connected to a primary line (111) and then outputs the power to the home consumer lead-in line through a second drop line (115). The contact point of the home consumer faces to the second drop line and the home consumer. The probe comprises a connecting line (145). The connecting line is attached to the home consumer lead-in line at a separated position as facing to the home consumer from the contact point and detects a power line communication signal. The data collection unit transmits and receives metered data of the home consumer through the probe.
