<p>The present invention relates to a method of arranging a loan agreement between a creditor and a debtor and a brokerage system according to the method. A method of arranging a loan agreement by a brokerage server according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: receiving agreement conditions from a creditor that provides a loan to a financial institution, the loan being the object of a bond; receiving agreement conditions from a debtor of a financial institution; mapping a creditor to a debtor on the basis of the agreement conditions inputted from the creditor and the agreement conditions inputted from the debtor and credit inquiry results; storing the mapped results; requesting the financial institution to provide the loan, which has been provided from the creditor, to the debtor according to the agreement conditions by providing the financial institution with account information or credit card information inputted from the debtor; calculating the creditor's benefit on the basis of a loan providing history inputted from the financial institution after the financial institution completes providing the loan in response to the request; and requesting the financial institution to provide money to the creditor and the debtor by providing the financial institution with a credit amount based on the calculated benefits,.</p> |
