SHUT-OFF VALVE

The shut-off valve relates to devices with shut-off elements and a screw-spindle, which are intended for use in an oil and gas system for increasing the hydrodynamics of the flow of a transporting medium operating under high-pressure and varying-temperature conditions. The shut-off valve comprises a housing, in which an inlet opening, an outlet opening and a bypass opening are formed. The inlet opening and the outlet opening are connected to the bypass opening by means of an additional inlet opening and an additional outlet opening. A shut-off member which is arranged in the bypass opening is fixed to a movably mounted cylindrical rod and is connected to a threaded bushing and indirectly to a flywheel. The housing is integrally formed as a prism, and the inlet opening and the outlet opening are provided with a thread. The bypass opening accommodates a seat which can be in contact with the end surface of one of the ends of the shut-off member. The other end of the shut-off member is stepped, and the step face which is fixed to the rod is rounded. Furthermore, the rod is stepped and is connected to the housing by means of a connecting bushing, which is equipped at one end with an external thread and at the other end with an internal thread, by means of which said bushing is connected to a moving bushing.
