A rank feedback method in an MIMO(Multi Input Multi Output) system is provided to schedule and transmit control information including at least one of PMI/CQI, RI and ACK/NAK through a PUSCH(Physical Uplink Shared Channel) or PUCCH efficiently. In a wireless mobile communication system using a plurality of transmission antennas, a plurality of control information are reported through a PUCCH(Physical Uplink Control Channel). The RI(Rank Information)(4) which is the first control information is transmitted. Information(5) about a wideband CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) and wideband PMI(Precoding Matrix Index) which is the second control information is transmitted. The transmission of the first and second control information is performed by one sub frame unit. |
