PURPOSE: A device for forming an assembly groove on a washer piece for a steel pipe is provided to smoothly supply a product because mass production can be performed by continuously manufacturing the washer piece with the assembly groove on the inside for 24 hours. CONSTITUTION: A device(A) for forming an assembly groove on a washer piece for a steel pipe comprises a support base(1), a washer piece array supply device, a grip finger unit, a washer piece pressing unit(4), a washer piece fixing jig unit(5), an assembly groove processing unit(6), and a measuring unit(7). The washer piece array supply device supplies a plurality of washer pieces. The grip finger unit transfers the washer piece which is arrayed in the front end of the washer piece array supply device by gripping. The washer piece pressing unit presses the washer piece. The washer piece fixing jig unit fixes the washer piece by the washer piece pressing unit and transfers to a processing position. The assembly groove processing unit includes a plurality of assembly grooves inside the washer piece which is fixed to the washer piece fixing jig unit. The measuring unit measures a machining accuracy of the assembly groove. |
