PURPOSE: A resource sharing method between networking devices and a networking device providing the same are provided to overcome restriction of device unit service of existing techniques. CONSTITUTION: A virtual device administrator (132) receives unit resource information which is individually defined for resources included in multiple networking devices from the multiple networking devices which is connected through a network. The virtual device administrator produces a virtual device by combining the resources. The virtual device administrator controls the generated virtual device. A user interface (134) interfaces input-output of a user for controlling the virtual device.
