PURPOSE: An operating method of a device is provided to reduce power consumption in an integrated circuit (IC) by using a pulse path structure transmitting a pulse generated by using a clock signal and a clock path structure. CONSTITUTION: A clock tree transmits a clock signal to tree branches. A pulse generator (13) generates a pulse by using the clock signal transmitted through the tree branches. Pulse distribution networks (11) transmit the pulse to different pulse syncs, and the pulse syncs are sequential logic circuits. The pulse distribution networks include a tree structure, a mesh structure, a fan shaped structure, or a radial structure.
