PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive displacement pump which is more excellent in an optimized magnetic circuit and further is more excellent in special performance having high efficiency.SOLUTION: A pump diaphragm 7 is correspondingly arranged on a pump chamber 6 in a pump head 3, and the electromagnetic plunger 8 of a reciprocal driving device is brought into a suction process against return force electromagnetically by a coil 9. Therein, the electromagnetic plunger 8 is movably guided into a guide sleeve 15, the guide sleeve penetrates insertion openings 13, 14 which are disposed on a magnetic return path formation element, an insertion opening 13 is penetrated by a section formed by an introduction sleeve 16, an insertion opening 14 is penetrated by a section formed by a stator 17, and the permeable introduction sleeve 16 and stator 17 are separated from each other by a section formed by non-magnetic conductive insulating sleeve 18 of the guide sleeve. |
