PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier multilayer film having a specific adhesive layer excellent in gas barrier properties and a layer that includes an aluminum vapor deposition layer or an aluminum foil, and available for a packaging material mainly for foods, and to provide various barrier multilayer films which use the gas barrier multilayer film.SOLUTION: A gas barrier multilayer film includes a gas barrier adhesive layer and a layer that includes an aluminum vapor deposition layer or an aluminum foil. The adhesive layer includes a polyester polyol (A) having two or more hydroxy groups and a polyisocyanate (B) having two or more isocyanate groups.
