PURPOSE: A verification system of an infinitesimal deformation measuring device is provided to measure the deformation of a standard structure mounted on a base plate under a condition in which an external temperature environment is changed, thereby verifying and correcting the performance of the infinitesimal deformation measuring device according to a temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A verification system(100) of an infinitesimal deformation measuring device comprises a base plate(101), a standard structure(111), a supporting frame(103), and a kinetic coupling unit(105). The infinitesimal deformation measuring device is installed on the base plate. The standard structure is installed on the base plate and a standard for measurement. The supporting frame supports the infinitesimal deformation measuring device and the base plate. The kinetic coupling unit is interposed between the base plate and the supporting frame, thereby insulating between the base plate and the supporting frame.
