PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce supports, in which headrest stays are inserted, with a back frame and thereby form the supports having necessary strength without using special reinforced supports in a vehicle seat including a detachable headrest at an upper part of a seat back.SOLUTION: In a vehicle seat, supports 30 supporting a headrest 40 are supported on a back frame 50 serving as a framework of a seat back and headrest stays 41, 42 are inserted into insertion holes of the supports 30 to attach the headrest 40 to the seat back. Spaces for inserting the supports 30 are formed in the back frame 50. Then, resin injection molding is performed with the back frame 50 held in a mold, and the supports 30 are formed in the spaces by integral molding. |
