An independent claim is included for the production of (I) comprising: preparing an aqueous binding agent preparation; supplying an oxidizing agent; mixing the binding agent preparation, oxidizing agent and brown coal coke; agglomerating the mixture by press agglomeration; and drying the press agglomerate.</p>
