<p>PURPOSE: A brushless motor is provided to reduce mechanical strength necessary for a resin portion by fixing a shaft on a back yoke. CONSTITUTION: A stator (32) is arranged in the outer peripheral side of a rotor (22). The rotor comprises a shaft (520), a back yoke (660), a permanent magnet (64a, 64b, 64c, 64d), a first resin portion, and a second resin portion. The back yoke is fixed on the shaft. The permanent magnet is arranged in the outer peripheral side of the back yoke. The first resin portion is formed in an end of the shaft line direction of the shaft, and fixes the back yoke and permanent magnet. The second resin portion is formed in the other end of the shaft line of the shaft, and fixes the back yoke and permanent magnet. Between the back yoke and shaft, a connecting hole is formed in the shaft line direction. A third resin portion is placed inside of the connecting hole, and connected to the first and second resin portions.</p> |
